API, Integrations and AI Agents Terms

Terms for the SNG API, access tokens, MCP server, plugins and AI agents connected to your account.

API, Integrations and AI Agents Terms

Version 1.0 – Published 3 November 2026. Applies to orders placed from that date, and to existing customers from 3 December 2026.

These terms apply when you use the SNG API, personal access tokens, the MCP server, the SNG plugins for ChatGPT, Codex, Claude or IDEs, OAuth connections, or AI agents registered to your account (together, "Integrations"). They are part of the Terms of Service.

    1. You are responsible for your Integrations

1.1Every action taken through a token, OAuth grant or agent connected to your account is treated as an action by you, including orders, payments, power actions, reinstalls, DNS changes and ticket messages.

1.2You choose the scopes you grant. Grant only what is needed, review connected Integrations regularly in Settings, and revoke anything you no longer use.

1.3AI agents can misunderstand instructions or act unexpectedly. Review proposed actions before approving them. We are not liable for losses caused by an Integration or AI agent acting on your account, including deleted data, unwanted orders or configuration changes.

    2. Security of credentials

Keep tokens secret. Do not paste them into chats, public repositories, client-side code or shared files. If a token may be exposed, revoke it immediately. We may revoke tokens or grants that appear compromised or abusive.

    3. Fair use

We may apply rate limits, quotas and security checks, and may change or retire API versions with reasonable notice. Do not use the API to scrape, overload, resell or test the security of our systems without written permission.

    4. Third-party AI platforms

When you connect SNG to a third-party AI platform, data returned by our API to that platform is processed under that platform's terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.

    5. Availability

Integrations are provided "as is" and may change. The SLA does not apply to the API, MCP server or plugins unless stated otherwise.
