Abuse and Takedown Policy
Version 1.0 – Published 3 November 2026. Applies to orders placed from that date, and to existing customers from 3 December 2026.
1. How to report
Send reports to abuse@snghosting.com with:
- the URL, IP address or domain concerned;
- a description of the problem, with evidence (headers for spam, logs for attacks, links and screenshots for content);
- for intellectual-property claims: identification of the protected work, proof that you own it or act for the owner, and a statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith;
- your name and contact details.
Incomplete reports may not be processed. We may forward your report, including your name, to our customer so that it can respond.
2. What we do
2.1We review reports and ask our customer to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, usually 24–72 hours depending on severity.
2.2For serious or clear-cut cases, such as child sexual abuse material, phishing, malware, active attacks or a legal order, we may disable the content or service immediately.
2.3Our customer may send a counter-notice to abuse@snghosting.com if it believes a report is wrong. We may restore the content unless the reporting party shows that it has started legal proceedings.
3. Our role
SNG provides infrastructure and does not monitor or approve customer content. We act on reports and on orders of competent authorities, and we are not a party to disputes between our customers and third parties.
4. Law-enforcement requests
Authorities should send requests to legal@snghosting.com. We disclose customer data only when required by applicable law.
5. False reports
Knowingly false or abusive reports may be ignored, and we may take action against the sender.
